This kid has just proven nice guys don’t always finish last. And essentially that doing good deeds pays shed-loads.
Chris Hemsworth revealed on the Ellen Show that when he stopped for a bite to eat at an airport waiting for his wife and daughter, he accidentally left his wallet behind.
He knew straight off it meant either never seeing it again, or having it returned completely empty. But lucky for him a boy scout found the wallet and went out of his way to return it to the actor, complete with cash and a cheeky little note.
The note said: ‘P.S mum saw you were on Ellen this week and asked if we could have tickets?’
Well, when you return lost property to Thor, the god is likely to give back in kind.
Chris Hemsworth give teen who returned his lost wallet an incredible surprise
He brought the teen on the Ellen show, as requested, then gave him all of the money from inside the wallet as a thank you.
Not only that, he also wrote him a thank you letter that would help him achieve the rank of eagle scout.
And not only that, as the lad had told Ellen DeGeneres he’d recently been giving up his free time to build shelters for old horses, and that he’d had to sell two of his own horses to fund his trip to college later this year, Ellen then gifted him $10,000.
