The Arsenal playmaker created three chances in the
first half of Sunday's match against Sunderland, none of which were
scored, as he collected a record haul of key passes
The German set up three chances in the first 45 minutes of Sunday's match at Sunderland, none of which were taken by his profligate team-mates, taking his haul of chances created this season to 135.
Incredibly, only two other players - West Ham's Dimitri Payet (102) and Tottenham's Christian Eriksen (105) - have hit triple figures this season.
Ozil's haul means that he has now created more chances in a single Premier League season than any other player since Opta began recording data in the 2003-04 season - and they still have three games left to play this season!
