Indonesian villagers feared the worst after their friend went missing on
Sunday and where they found him was horrifying. The lifeless body of
25-year-old Akbar Salubiro, was found inside the stomach of a 7m-long
python, who had swallowed him whole.
According to reports, the deceased was said to have gone to harvest palm
oil, but never returned home.
Concerned friends and family who went in search of him saw the giant
python in Salubiro’s backyard the next evening and feared he had been
suffocated and swallowed. One friend who then used an 18-inch knife to
cut the snake open found Salubiro’s body swallowed whole.
