Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick celebrated the joint birthdays of their sons, Mason and Reign, at Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Wednesday. Mason who turned 7 was born on December 14, 2009, while his little brother, Reign, who turned 2, was born on Dec. 14, 2014. The boys maternal grandmother, Kris Jenner, joined the birthday outing at Disneyland. See more photos after the cut.
